Description of the business
Timeweave, through a wholly-owned subsidiary, is a 50 per cent. shareholder in a joint venture company, Amalgamated Racing Limited ("AMRAC"), which holds exclusive licences with 31 racecourses to broadcast pictures, audio and data from these courses to licensed betting offices within the UK and the Republic of Ireland. Timeweave plc is incorporated in and operates primarily in the UK.
Board of Directors
The Board is pleased to announce that David Craven joined the Company as Chief Executive Officer on 18 April 2011. David has extensive Betting and Gaming experience having held a number of senior roles. He was a joint MD of the Tote for six years and held senior executive roles at UK Betting Plc and Wembley Plc.

Board Responsibilities
David Craven is Chief Executive Officer and also sits as a Timeweave plc representative director on the Board of AMRAC.
Richard McGuire is a Non-Executive Director acting as the nominated shareholder representative of Mayfair Capital Investments Limited.
Graham Parr is an Independent Non-Executive Director and brings a significant level of expertise and sector knowledge to the Timeweave Board. He is Chairman of the Company's Remuneration Committee and a member of the Audit and Nomination Committees.
John Sadler is Company Secretary. John is a qualified Chartered Secretary with extensive experience having previously worked with Lloyds Chemists plc, Safeway plc and Anite plc.
